SUNDAY 10TH MAY;
What a long day, today was the womens 5k run, and even I competed, Great nan Ronni pushed me round in my stroller, and I got a medal!! There was nearly 30 ladies running with printed T-Shirts of me on! They all got sponsored, but we are not sure how much we have raised on sponsors yet, we had a donation bucket with us today and got nearly £70.
Aunty Hayley came in first for us, in 29 mins, Shortly followed by Mummy and Sharon in 34 mins, Then my cousin Hannah came in, everyone finished the race, even one lady, fell and hurt her foot but continued as she was determined to finish. We all done so well congratulations and a massive thank you to everyone who entered. Once we had all finished the run, we had a picnic in the park, all the ladies, their partners, husbands, children attended. I had a lovely day and would like to thank everyone again for running, but also all those who have sponsored the ladies, I can not thank any of you enough.
